We’re a queer black woman-owned skin revision and brow studio located inside of Cachet Salons and Spa in the Castle Hills neighborhood of Lewisville, TX. Our purpose at 7Esthetics Skin Studio is to help our clients transform not only their skin, but their lives. We believe that beauty is a lifelong journey; it's not just about an end-goal. CANCELLATION POLICY
We aim to serve your skin revision needs. As such, we require clients to come in for treatments every 2-6 weeks. This helps us revise your skin in alignment with its natural cell turnover cycle and build upon our progress. Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Esthetician’s day that could have been filled by another client. We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the total services booked). Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the total service(s) booked. Clients that no-show their appointment will not be able to book with us in the future. Consistent cancellations and rescheduling your appointments will result in a $50 deposit being collected to make any future appointments. If you anticipate being more than 15 minutes late, please reach out to your service provider for the appropriate arrangements. If you are late, depending on the time of arrival, the service will be shortened and you will be responsible for the full service cost.
